Hourly rates

The crew, by the hour

We work efficiently to keep your total cost down. Every job starts with a two-hour minimum.

1-2 Bedroom

2 Movers

$95/hr

Best for studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments. Includes one moving truck and all supplies.

What's included

Every job comes with the essentials

All equipment

Hand trucks, dollies, moving blankets, tape, and shrink wrap are included at no extra charge.

Careful wrapping

We wrap your furniture and fragile items before they leave the room to prevent scratches and dents.

Placement

We don't just drop boxes at the door. We place them and your furniture where you want them.

Debris removal

We take our wrap, tape, and empty boxes with us when the job is done.

How billing works

The clock starts on arrival

Arrival

The clock starts when the crew and truck arrive at your location, ready to work.

The minimum

Every job has a 2-hour minimum. If the job takes 1 hour, you still pay for 2 hours.

Travel time

Travel time between the old and new location is charged at the hourly rate, but we will tell you exactly how much it is in your quote.

Completion

The clock stops when the last item is placed and you are happy with the work.

Pricing FAQs

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The rate we give you on the phone is the rate you pay. We do not charge extra for stairs, weekends, or heavy items unless previously agreed.

Do you require a deposit?

We take a small deposit to secure your date and crew. The rest is due when the move is complete.

Do I need to pay for the truck?

Most of our jobs are labor only: you rent the truck or pod, and we load and unload it. We can sometimes provide the truck for an extra fee, just ask us.

What if I need to reschedule?

We understand things happen. Let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we will move your deposit to a new date.
